Her expertise encompasses a wide range of areas including robotics, IoT, personality development, and leadership, and she has conducted numerous workshops and programs to this effect. Ms. Rohini has been a guest speaker at various schools and prestigious colleges.

Her academic career began with roles as an Assistant Professor at New Horizon College of Engineering and BNM Institute of Technology. In this period, she was commissioned as an Associate NCC Officer in the Army Senior Wing on January 5, 2021, after founding an NCC unit at BNMIT. She led the training of over 1500 cadets in disciplines like rifle shooting, map reading, leadership, and personality development. Notably, as a former NCC cadet, she won a gold medal at the All India Thal Sainik Camp for her exceptional performance.

Ms. Rohini is also an accomplished author, having written “IoT Made Easy” and co-authored book chapters. She has filed two patents in IoT, demonstrating her commitment to research and innovation. Holding an M.Tech in VLSI Design and Embedded Systems and B.E. in Electronics and Communication Engineering, she continues to mentor students in both technical and soft skills.
